Since 2005, the Austrian Network of Basic Skills and Literacy has been implementing the project named In.Bewegung (In.Movement). Co-ordinated by inspire and funded by the European Social Fund and the Austrian Ministry of Education, Arts, and Culture, alltogether 9 Austrian partners in In.Bewegung are collaborating to develop innovative measures to react to the fact that an estimated one million adult Austrians do not have sufficiant basic skills in reading, writing, numeracy, and the use of ICT.
In the third stage of activities, In.Bewegung is concentrating on dissemination, transfer of development, and networking activities on a national and transnational level.
